"Moved from FL to MO and was in dire need of transferring my auto insurance over to get my vehicle registered in. MO. Joe and hos office made that process easy, quick, and seamless. Since then have moved a few times, gotten married and changed my last name, and needed renters insurance each time I moved. They've always taken care of my insurance needs with a phone call or via email/text and are reasonably priced. No complaints here! Thanks for all that you guys do! Eboni"

"I have poor hearing and trying to do much over the phone is quite difficult for me. The team here responded to my e-mail request and were able to give me a quote for adding a new vehicle to my existing auto policies, then take a payment from my State Farm page, and provide me proof of insurance in time for me to finish titling and licensing the new to me vehicle. Excellent for this old retired hard of hearing guy."

"Joe & his firm have always been responsive to any requests I have sent over. They have also reviewed pricing for my family for another State Farm agent that was across state lines, even though Joe had nothing to gain from reviewing the coverage option. "From start to finish, our claim was handled with ease, accuracy and confidence. The adjuster was fantastic to explain the entire process to us. The follow up was very kind to see if we hd any issues. The claim process is never something anyone likes to have to do, but having it go smoothly was a huge bonus. I would def recommend this office based on our experience."

"Would not recommend if you have claims for your roof. People are friendly but if you don't get the service you pay for then does not make a difference if the people are nice. Will be changing insurance."
"Hi Cameron….I want to thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for recognizing the friendliness of the Team that works for me. My Agency is proud of the fact that we treat all of our customers with respect and kindness. So, once again, I personally appreciate your taking the time to provide this positive feedback. As far as the claim on your roof....I trust you know that State Farm Agents are not given the authority to intervene with the final decisions regarding their customers’ claims, but we do stand ready to assist with facilitating a conversation with State Farm’s Claims Management Team. If you recall, I sent you an email on July 5th of this year advising that there is a procedure in place to contest the results of the initial assessment that was performed on your roof. Additionally, one of my Team Members spoke with you on July 12th to go over this procedure and the items that we would need from you in order to refer your concerns to State Farm’s Claims Management Team. As of the date of this reply, we have not received any of the required items to do this. That said, and since nearly 3 months have passed since we contacted you, we can only presume that you: a) are still working on gathering the required items, or b) have decided not to pursue this available opportunity to have my Agency intercede. If “a” is true, I would appreciate receiving a call or email from you to let me know what progress you have made with regard to gathering the required items. If “b” is true, might you also let me know, via a phone call or email, that you have decided to go in a different direction? Thank you again for your review, Cameron. Joe N "

"I have worked for Joe Nowatzki State Farm going on five years. Joe cares not only for his customers but his employees as well and it is a great place to work. Everyone in the office is so great and friendly to everyone. In addition to working here, I have trusted all of my insurance to Joe, as well, many of my family members have too. "18 years of paying premiums, no claims, storms hit my house causing hundreds of thousands of dollars damage, when on a year-long search to deny my claim. I would love to hear the rebuttal to this review. Was accused of making threatening statements after they refused to pay for cover damages. I receive nothing but lies, please wait and go ahead and pay for it yourself we will reimburse you. Filed a lawsuit they are willing to go to court to say that they did nothing wrong. Joe Nowitzki personally lied to me along with every agent that I spoke with. He is a zero. They even attacked my family members that I referred to them"

"They have great customer service. As a professional who travels frequently, I often need coverage in other states and have changes to different locations. If there is ever and issue they always send out a message or email to help get it squared away. They have stopped what they were doing and even stayed late to take care of policy changes that are needed."

"I need to tell you why I have been with Joe and his team for well over 20 plus years. CUSTOMER SERVICE! I remember being in my early 20's having an accident and not having a clue. I called Joe and he took time out of his day to walk me through what to do. I remember being shaken up and him being kind and helping me through. Through the years our family has changed as well as our insurance needs. Joe has been there for these moments and made sure we were covered for them. Recently, I had an accident to where of all things I needed an engine. Well the service repair shop I elected to use was awful. They were very condensending, anyway they told me my car was ready but it wasn't. The engine light remained on. I was told it's fine, nothing more we can do. I needed my car as they took 2 weeks to fix the car. I needed to get out of the rental as I had used up all that state farm was paying for. I finally got a position working from home so I wanted to get the engine light fixed. My claim was denied, but that didn't stop Joe and Brandy. These guys contacted my adjuster, contacted more folks to present why this falls under the warranty. The end result, my claim was accepted. I am skipping alot of details because it's such a long story. However the take away is this, Joe, Brandy, Ann and the crew here put you the insured first. You! Your needs, your concerns! If you want to be the priority, have someone be in your corner when things are just not going right. This is your agent, these are the people who will stand up for you, be there for you. I recomend Joe and his team everyday!"
